Payments are processed with a secure shopping cart provided by Paypal. Major credit cards are accepted. Alternative payments by Cheque or money order are accepted.

Shipping

All Bone Dry Coatz are made on site, we do not out source production.

United Kingdom:

Your Bone Dry™ Coat, Collar, Lead or Bed will be shipped directly to you via 1st Class Royal Mail or Parcel Force, if over 1.5kg or Royal Mail Special delivery.

Europe & International:

Via parcel force international delivery, we will contact you with a price.

Delivery

Total delivery time from your initial order, to your door step will vary per your geographic location and is typically between 7 & 15 days for UK locations. Delivery to Europe & International is generally 20 days, however, we have no control over delays due to customs.

Orders will be processed within 24 hours. We will notify you and confirm your order via e-mail when this has occurred.

Discrepancies & Returns

Every effort has been made to accurately reflect Fabric, Trim and Leather colours, this is no easy task. Therefore we cannot offer a refund based on colour.

All Bone Dry™ Dog Coats, Collars, Leads and Beds are individually made to order, to a customer's specific requirements. We regret that unless there is a fault in the manufacture of the coat we cannot accept returns.

To avoid size problems, please provide the required measurements when ordering as accurately as possible. If for some reason there is a size issue, or you are just not happy with the fit, we will gladly work with you to resolve the problem. You can return the Bone Dry™ Dog Coat, Collar or Bed to us and we will tailor it to meet your requirements. Both parties are responsible for shipping ie: you pay to ship it here, we'll pay to ship it back. You must contact us via email within 72 hours of receipt of your coat. We will forward further instructions at this time.
