Bone Dry™ Dog Beds are a fully sealed unit, they are designed to be Waterproof, Comfortable and Easy to Clean. The outer is made from 100% Wiltex 8oz Rip Stop Nylon Fabric, which is soft to the touch and completely waterproof. Wiltex Nylon was origionally developed by Dupont for use in Bulletproof Vests and Flak Jackets, known as "ballistic nylon", this fabric is tough, durable and extremely hard wearing. Dog hairs don't stick to the fabric and can be brushed or vacuumed off . Mud and dirt can be easily wiped off with a soft cloth, soapy water and hosed down. Hanging tabs are provided for easy cleaning, so you can simply attach your bed to the washing line with cloths pegs when it needs a clean. We use 15 tog human grade hollow fibre filler to ensure your dog is kept comfortable, snug and warm. The filler is formed into a thick mattress four layers thick and is stiched down to keep everything in place, it will not move, go flat or lumpy. Perfect for older or arthritic dogs The qualities of the Wiltex fabric means it has a very high resistance to flea larve and it is also beneficial for dogs with allergies to dust mites, as the dirt & dust your dog brings in from their walks cannot penetrate the weave of the fabric. The bed will not trap pet odours and dirt, so your dogs room should smell cleaner and fresher for longer & help cut down on that "wet dog odour" that can build up on some dog beds. |
Please note we have made our dog beds from the toughest waterproof fabric we can find, however this bed is not indestructible! Although our beds are tough & durable, if your dog is a persistent "chewer" we cannot guarantee our beds are chew proof. |
